Our tea. Tomato and Brie Galette.
I make this sometimes in the summer just for a change, but sadly it’s not our own tomatoes yet, last year I grated our Courgettes onto it too. But today it’s just tomato and Brie with an egg wash on the pastry and I just pour the rest of the egg onto the whole thing before I cook it. That’s it today.
