Some Like it Hot

It was a proper summer day with up to 35°C, and some of our neighbours spent it mostly in their gardens - in one case using noisy power tools all afternoon. 
But it wasn’t just the noise that kept me indoors; I really don’t like heat - it just makes me feel permanently exhausted and slightly grumpy.

That’s why I‘d never travel to a hot country for a summer holiday, I always preferred either the mountains or somewhere in the North.
