Marske Brass Band

What a treat I had this afternoon!

I went out with my proper camera for something other than a garden blip. However upon switching it to the on position, it informed me the battery was exhausted. Hmmmmm. 

Fortunately I did have my phone with me, so I decided to walk up towards the bandstand where I could hear one of the Saturday afternoon performances. Today it was the turn of Marske Brass Band and blooming good they were too.

I stood for a good half hour listening to them before heading home (and putting my batteries on to charge).

All through the summer months there are Sunday performances by different bands and a few Saturday ones too. We can hear them (just about) from home depending on the wind direction but of course it makes all the difference actually being there.
