Rosa Mundi.

This morning brought thunder and lightning, which I rather enjoy, followed by rain which continued as showers for most of the day.  Went on clearing up the kitchen cupboard.  It's one I've cleared up many times but it always gradually reverts to clutter again. Went to the Pillars for bread and milk and had a walk at Strath Community Woodland  then lay about watching programmes on Jane Austen. I didn't do well in my eleven plus and ended up in a duds class. My mother was not pleased and told me that she was paying for my education so I bucked up and a couple of years later just missed being in the top three  for all the classes in my year.  My form mistress was so pleased she gave me two books as a reward, one of which was Northanger Abbey and I've been a great fan ever since.
