Paella

The board beans were ready to harvest so I put some in a veggie paella. Can’t remember when I last made paella and I’ve could I’m not wondering why not as it was really good.
I was so pleased last week to get to the end of parkrun and realise my knee wasn’t hurting. Unfortunately it was just a brief respite… it started niggling again in the week and now after a run walk parkrun and some gardening it’s very definitely unhappy again. Bit fed up about that and not sure what to do..
