Veg

In lieu of any outdoor activity most of the day was spent pottering around aimlessly, looking at the rain, tutting etc. Emptied all the veg in the fridge into a big tray and stuck it in the oven with lashings of olive oil and some herbs. Took a run to Kirkcaldy for the Chinese supermarket to get some black bean and garlic sauce and a visit to Lidl for the usual Lidl stuff.
