Giants

We went to a baseball game today, the Tokyo Giants were playing the Dragons. The Giants lost.

Wasn't an overly successful trip, in that we understood incredibly little, and in a massive stadium the baseball hit my friend at 148mph on the shoulder and has severely bruised it and caused swelling. She can't move it but won't get it seen to, we got her ice and she's not in quite so much pain now. Perhaps once we are home she will! The guy next to us says he's been to hundreds of games and never seen that happen up close- incredibly bad luck for her. But everyone in the stadium now knows us. People were pointing in the station. 40, 000 people and it hits her.

I don't think I'll be back at a baseball game.
