Himself was potting and was accompanied throughout the process. The same thing happened a couple of days ago.
He also got some fabulous video footage failed to press ‘record’ when his new little friend sat on his foot!
It could happen to anyone.

I hope the day has been a good one for all those celebrating and, equally, for those not.
This is my first Father’s Day without a Father. He was funny about a lot of things Father’s Day. He (most vehemently) considered it to be a ‘contrived abomination’. (‘Mothering Sunday’ however was a completely different matter).
But he always got treated around this time, as I couldn’t bring myself not to.
He didn’t complain!

I have made custard.
Proper, no custard powder custard.
It only took ten minutes. (If you don’t count the washing up).
Sometimes, the Real Thing needs doing doesn’t it?
It’s a trifling matter now… (Apologies!).
