Today we had a tour of Elland Road along with our younger son and eldest granddaughter followed by a delicious meal in the Norman Hunter Suite. This was a ‘Father’s Day’ event but had been bought as a gift for my husband by our two sons for his recent birthday. It was a really lovely day and it was great to be shown round the club, the changing rooms and walk through the tunnel onto the side of the pitch. The pitch was under cover having been re-seeded in preparation for the new season.
