Helsinki

We went to Helsinki today, stopped half way for a long forest walk and to do some groceries shopping at the supermarket. In Helsinki we strolled down to the Harbour and bought fish at the Kaupahalli, Finnish fruits at the market and walked through the Esplanade park where Kara left her scents.

Then we joined mid afternoon a family gathering at P. mother’s place. More than 20 adults and numerous kids enjoyed the afternoon. Everyone brought something to eat which resulted in a colorful buffet.

Happy back home at 8pm and still sitting outside on the porch at 11pm. White nights.
