The flat is filled with flowers.

An early swim with V.
The water was cool, super clear with a slight swell.
Lovely, and we had a good chat too.
The first extra is a group of swimmers going in as we got out.
V brought me flowers from her garden and there are now flowers in every room of the flat.
Squeaker is enjoying the jug of cat mint (second extra).
Finished my book in the bath as I warmed up.
J came and we had a walk along the Prom.
Dad called in on his way home and we had another walk on the Prom and some Fathers Day tapas for tea.
It's felt like a relaxing weekend, still feel a bit twitchy.
