Family!

Busy day: up at 6am, met our daughter-in-law at 7 and really enjoyed supporting son J in a mini triathlon (his 1st). He is primarily a runner and has worked so hard on his swimming and cycling. He was really pleased with his time. We then had Father's Day brunch in their garden. R and I had a walk en route to our daughter's - her birthday. We took cake, strawberries and fizz which was enjoyed in their garden.... as well as baby cuddles.
