Yoga for cats

Henry is managing his stress levels with regular exercise.

Father’s Day - very laid back. Spoke to all three of my lovely children. Confess to a slight excess of alcohol yesterday so do nothing was an option, although I did have a burst of energy late in the day and cleaned our bedroom and bathroom.

Miss A gave me a present of a little wooden spoon with "grandpa’s coffee" engraved on it and I also have a £25 voucher to spend on coffee beans from Strider. 

Finished reading "1947 - when now begins" by Elizabeth Asbrink.  Excellent and mind blowing dissection of a pivotal period in history.
