Flowers keeping on

Even though the rain has slowed down a lot there are still flowers blooming on the prairie. I went for a little hike up my favorite canyon on Pilot Hill and was pleased to see it still green and so many flowers.
My friend from high school stopped by for a chat this afternoon before heading back to Nevada. Then my brother stopped by on his way out to Mom's. It was brief but nice to say hi. I'll see him tomorrow. He brought his dog with him and Mom's dog doesn't like him. They had issues last year so I was wondering how this visit was going to go. Well Frodo attacked Dasher right when they got there.  I said it might be a long week. They'll have to keep them separate. Dasher is okay...
Mom just texted and said Brent said he would stay with me. I texted back that I hope she's joking. I haven't heard back. My house is not set up for a visitor and a dog. If I had another bedroom it might be an option but not here.
