I had a bit of time to sit in the sunshine with Sam today. Spent time with friends. A restful day.

Thanks for all the positive feedback on yesterday’s protest blip. I hope it’s a turning point for things to change here. I did read a commentary that was hopeful. I try to read those instead of news which just makes me upset!
