Sgwarnog: In the Field

By sgwarnog

Mountain

17yo and I headed out to Settle where we had a Father’s Day meet up with with 20yo, who’d come across from Lancaster.

We elected to do the cave walk, new to 20yo but which 17yo and I had done together before. It stayed overcast, and was drizzly at times, but we still had a pleasant walk and catch up.

I spotted this solitary Mountain Pansy about a third of the way round. I don’t recall seeing one in the Dales before, but they are supposedly common enough.

Obligatory cave picture in extras.
