Back to the house... again

A  busy morning with mum sorting some clothes,  signing the sale agreement with real estate agent then taking mum shopping. After lunch we headed back to mum's house to search for some important documents. I am still searching,  sigh,  so more phone calls needed tomorrow. Unfortunately tomorrow is already a very busy day. 
While we were at the house mum's dog Billy arrived. His minder was walking past so decided to stop for a chat.
