Pilates In the Pyrenees

A five day Pilates Retreat in a lovely location in a valley around Pau and Lourdes.

Surrounded by vineyards and a lovely retreat with an outdoor pool

We arrived yesterday and uur first class today, so getting into the routine - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Then off to the market at Oloron Sainte Marie, a town famous for the manufacture of the Bearn woollen beret!

A lovely river - the Gave d'Osseau.

Then back for our second class and a lovely evening
