Notes: Put a roast in the crock pot first thing w/ onions, garlic, carrots & celery (all prepped yesterday). Had plenty of time in the morning so enjoyed a coffee ... left ~11a for Pickleballerz, been awhile since I was there. Played 3.0 women's but only 6 of us so had to sit out some. Did get some good level play in tho and had great games - I did come down and turned my right ankle on one somehow, took a bit but then seemed mostly ok. Think I might've twisted the knee a bit too. Gave my contact out to another 2 about possible pet-sits and then headed to Costco and waited in line to fill up w/ gas for $2.72 - constant drizzle still. Got back and showered, Michelle was in her women's group. I made a mushroom coffee and had one of the choc chip scones Michelle left out for me (she made fresh this morning). Cleaned and cut some shiitake to add to the roast and cut it up some to cook more. We did Essentrics around 4p - Michelle headed to PB open play ~440p. I warmed some veggies and had some of the roast from the crock pot. Quiet evening to myself until 730p or so. We watched a show after she showered and ate and then were both tired.
