A really busy, positive day, I’m feeling a lot more lively, so hopefully that is a sign my back is healing gradually.

Back at home and little Agu has fitted a ceiling light and fan in my bedroom, so a more peaceful sleep promised now the heat is here for a few months.

The main thing is it’s Ben’s 24th birthday!! He has a late shift at the hotel, so we hardly saw each other today, but he has cake for when he gets back. We will celebrate on Wednesday.
