Don't quite know what Donald and I did today, potter around getting nowhere fast. We did wander out here and there and here he is outside the old Caledonia Works where he worked for half a century as pottery instructor. 
Later he was looking through some of his music albums and found this one of Andy Mill and the gang at a recording studio. They were doing a lot of songs written by Donald. We were invited along on the last day and thought we were going to Grantshouse which is on the way to Duns. We set off and got a call from Andy who said, 'I'd better tell you where to go'. We were heading in completely the wrong direction for it was meant to be someone's Grans House and it was near Abington. Anyway this is all a long time ago now but we had a great day. I probably even blipped it somewhere before.
