Sunrise

Sometimes, especially in my advancing years, I wake up early for no apparent reason.  This morning being one such day found me sitting on the patio at 5:00 a.m. with my coffee, enjoying the sunrise.  What joy when a hummingbird came by, checked me over quite carefully before going to the feeder for some nectar.
