Tuesday

A bit of a day. 
My stomach has been awful, sore and  unpredictable. I have given in and phoned the Dr. Got an appt next month. May need to phone for an urgent one if it gets too much. 
Supermarket trip then my exhaust fell and dragged. Had to stop and phone RAC.
Had a walk along the walkway where I found this fly. 
Lying on the sofa in pain.
