An exciting wee project!

I hired a car today rather than cancel three meetings… Enterprise kept me waiting 45 minutes for a car because I refused to take an electric car… However, they gave me a brand new Vauxhall Mokka with only three miles on the clock. And the manager kept telling me it was “brand new, just out of the wrapper” as if I should be grateful. No apology for not having an ordinary car ready for me… grrrr!

“But we called and left a message last night”, she said. Yeah, at one minute to 8pm and they close at 8pm so no one answered when I called back obviously. The message said something like if I could take an electric car that would be helpful but not to worry as they would have a car ready for me…

Rant over!

Never again. Roll on Saturday when hopefully my car finally gets fixed!!!!!!!
