Very happy with this new bed, generated by taking out a massive rose. It's a very busy place at the moment, full of bees enjoying the poppies. Once the poppies are done, I'll be moving the dahlias in who seem to be visibly growing on a daily basis in their pots.

Work, lunch time walk, swim in the sea. It's getting a bit better, wave wise, for our Brighton pier to pier training. Training used lightly- we swim for a while, turn back, fight the waves on the way back, realise we have been swimming for much less time than we thought, shrug, move on,
