Jelly in your belly

I had a very slow day today,  everything took longer than it should I have hurt my shoulder over the last week tidying and decluttering mum's house and now I have tingles in my fingers. I can no longer lift my arm so I am not going to be much help for the final stages of tidying this weekend. 
Lincoln and Elliott are with us for the night and tomorrow. I will pay them to takle a few jobs.
