GRUBS UP.

Well it's another hot day today I've put a line full of washing out and it's nearly dry. I was up early taking photos of the birds out in the garden this morning and managed to capture a Great Tit feeding her chick and a Gold Finch feeding on some Corn flower seeds. 

I've just made some fruit cakes for my cousin's 80 birthday surprise, were not sure if its going to be this Sunday or next because my other cousin Janet is organising it at her house in her garden. I'll freeze the cakes and tomorrow I'll make some cherry and coconut cakes.

I'm off to the dentist this afternoon but first I'll pop in the see my friend who's had a stroke a couple of months ago and is very poorly.
