A slow journey

Set out early to do my shopping this morning but I was held up for quite a while as some cows had escaped from a neighbouring field and were in no hurry to go back. Everyone was very patient, no one was hurt and the farmer came and rounded them all up. A happy ending. I went to keep fit this afternoon and, although it was very hot walking there and back, it was lovely and cool in the hall. Another sunny, hot day.
