Because I can't spell focaccia. Unadorned except for the dried basil, rosemary, oregano and thyme, onion powder and garlic powder in the dough and the liberal application of olive oil and salt to the top. Apart from that it's just a plain bread dough.

Wednesday. Not much. Cough. Phil and some <cough> fiddling with an oscilloscope then out to <cough> play on my bike for a bit (to Tesco) before deciding <cough, cough> I was a bit sleepy.
