Peace Garden

Dentist check up first then took myself to Lauriston Castle grounds and Mimi’s for coffee, fruit scone & my free lemon cupcake (ssh don’t my dentist ;-))

Bus along to the Hospice for my afternoon session of Reiki. Hopefully will give a good night’s sleep & stop the head chatter.

Ssh again, another hot drink with cake in Iona Café then bus back collecting prescriptions on way home.
