Sheep herding

We were able to watch a wonderful demo of the skills involved in sheep herding — by both men and dogs. The precision of the commands, the distance at which the collies can hear them, and the flawless execution were amazing :)

Earlier that day, we tour a single malt distillery — something of particular interest given that I come from a wine country. Learned tons of things!
