TINO

Had a disturbed nights sleep and was tired when I got up but it didn't matter as I was planning on having a lazy day at home anyway.

Did a few chores - nothing strenuous and I also filled in an online E Consult on my GP practice website asking if I could have better pain relief for my leg ulcer. ( the pain has been bad again today )  Later on I got a phone call from a receptionist saying I needed to make an appointment to see a GP.... so I need to join the 8am rush of folk ringing every morning to try and get seen.

Around 4pm I went upstairs to sort out some clothes and felt weary so I lay on top of my bed.  Soon after I snuggled up under the covers.... and fell asleep for 3 hours.  

While I was asleep an Amazon parcel was delivered.... and Amazon were found wanting again.  One item was missing from the parcel and another was damaged.  The damaged item was a birthday card.  It was just loose in the box among all the other things.  It wasn't even in a cellophane cover or protected by cardboard so it was bent.  I contacted Amazon via their online chat and they are going to send another item to replace the missing one... and they have refunded the price of the birthday card.  Whoever packed my Amazon parcel needs some extra training I think.
