This beautiful peony !

I discovered this plant flowering over by the hut - the others which were in sunnier parts of the garden have long since gone over. 
It was a lovely surprise to see this new variety that I planted last year. 
Beautiful sunshine today - and its 23° in the garden. We have road works happening outside the cottage, and as I write the garden is filling up with fumes . So its time to retreat with my coffee until they stop drilling or whatever they are doing !
