Shapes, light, and shadow

This morning I decided to get the bus into Belfast.  I was not sure what I was looking for, but while travelling in the bus, a 35 minute journey, I decided to walk Titanic Quarter - a waterside walk in the Belfast Harbour district and the location of the iconic Titanic building, which to my horror I discovered is now surrounded by new buildings under construction hiding the striking feature of the Titanic building.  What were the planners thinking of?

My attention was turned to the M3 railway and motorway bridge over the River Lagan and thoughts of shape, light and shadow came to mind.  I enjoyed working around this subject; it being a bright day I decided that monochrome would work best and so it did.  A selection of images taken can be seen on the following link:
