There are a few of these Toadflax Brocade Moths chomping their way through the seeds left by the pretty purple flowers on the Toadflax.    The moth apparently looks like a piece of twig, it would be nice to see one in the garden.
Another extremely hot day, I've waited until this evening to put plants that I bought recently into patio pots, even then it felt too much like hard work, I must be getting old.    Now to tackle watering the pots, not forgetting the tomato plants in the greenhouse.
