I don't think I have ever seen the lifeboat in Worthing but it did a long, slow cruise right along the coastline. There was a binocular man looking for something.

Lovely warm day, Rosie and I went for a 6:30am walk which was a lovely start to the day. And I continued to admire my garden full of bees.
