Our village car park isn't having a camera installed. Thanks to our new elected Liberal cornwall council.Penzance harbourside car park has cameras which were installed when the council was run by the Conservative and handed over to aprivate company. I walked down to the village before 10 this morning and it is hotter today then yesterday. Visitors sitting beside the harbour were putting sun cream on.
