BACKBRLIPPED - apologies - I just had a very busy day and it was too hot to rush around.


A busy hot day today.  This morning I had a catch up with Mrs Gladders via Zoom, then a  1 to 1 of QiGong to get me back into it again ready for next year's season starting in September.  It's so good to do that again, I feel I'm kinda ready for it now.

Then after lunch a trip into town for the U3A Digital Camera Club at the Institute in Grange.  It was good to see everyone and we had an interesting session mostly about Spring photos and the Then and Now Project, which is going to be ongoing so I think I may have a go at other things too.

I was so glad I had parked under a tree as it was hot when coming out of the Institue, which had been fairly cool and lovely.
