Ice-Tastic!

Bit has it been hot here today! At least 26 degrees C. Just a pity I had to spend the majority of it working in my home office.

Got off to a bad start when I awoke at 01:54 with H wretching at the bedroom door. Didn’t make it in time and spent the early hours scrubbing the carpet. Couldn’t get back to sleep.

Enjoyed some garden badminton in the afternoon with L before dropping her off at gymnastics then popped into see dad. Gave him his tea. Don’t eat much. His wife away again for night. Can’t cope.

For better or worse?

Will pick L up as MrsT out at fitness class. I’ll take H for a pint once the temp drops.
