Hot.. again!

How inviting for pollinators is the foxglove flower.. the name of which evades me!
Heat plays havoc!
It didn’t help that after having a lift to the doctor I had to walk home as I forgot my phone… and bus pass .
It’s not that far, and I often walk but struggled in the heat and side effects of medication, and side effects of being slowly weaned of another medication.
“ Put one foot in front of the other and try and walk in a straight line” was my mantra as walking.
I did get quite anxious!..
Anyway.. enough of all that.. I’m totally fed up with it all and wondering what I’m putting into my body!!!

Not much else done today, physically, but watched all the videos Lydia was sending me from Alicia’s sports day!..
She ran four races and came first in all of them!
Seems all the rugby training paid off!!.. and saving energy from yesterday!!!
She then went on a bike ride when she got home, followed by trampoline and hula hoop exercises!!!..
I’m now trying to muster energy to climb the stairs to bed!
