I was on my way back to the car after stopping off for an OAP fish and chips portion after choir tonight. It went down a treat.

Lots of discussion this evening on the viability of the second choir concert date. Two Saturdays seem to be the problem but Wednesday is Bingo night in the hall and that is sacrosanct. Small we may be but so much hard work has gone into each week by us and by our director, it would be a shame to give only one concert now. Those of us who can, will post posters in more locations and hope for new ticket sales.

This morning, I wrote to each of Neil and Valerie’s children. So much I wanted to tell them and share with them and in writing my heart has lifted a little. That wasn’t my aim but I am very grateful.
