Why o why?

On a really hot day - not complaining - I decide to finish a crochet blanket (all from scraps I’ve had donated) and then remembered that I’d said I’d do some baking for the children’s gala.

I did get overheated but one blanket finished and delivered to lees Methodist church along with a big bag of yarn I’d had donated and 12 lemon muffins, 12 vanilla cupcakes and a mincemeat traybake all ready to be delivered to the gala.
