The Park Run……

On this frosty morning…… the shortest day of the year. They started their 5km run along the Taylor River paths at 8.am. Runners, walkers, parents pushing babies in strollers, a few dogs, folks of all shapes and ages. Ruby and I watched some of them as they approached the High Street Bridge. We were on the other side of the river. Ruby was busy rebelling against the wearing of her new “Halti”, aka head halter. It is designed to stop her pulling on her lead. She weighs around 15 kgs now and is very strong. She could easily pull me off my feet if I am not vigilant. However…. I will win….
