Summer heat

A hot day and in some ways frustrating. I decided to try playing tennis again but it was a mistake, as my elbow really suffered afterwards. So much so that I contacted a physiotherapist and she gave me exercises but basically said I need to rest it for at least two weeks. I therefore couldn’t do much for the rest of the day, but did make the margarita mix for A’s midsummer party tomorrow, and had to sample it a few times of course. The sunset this evening was pleasant and it promises to be another warm day tomorrow
