Cherry picking

This morning between 7-8 a.m., before it gets too hot. We picked 2 bowls full and the cherry jam for next year is secured. The cherry tree is already very old and we look forward to every season in which it still bears fruit. This year there were quite a few again, albeit smaller than usual.
