Lake Lucerne by Boat

A more relaxed day after yesterday’s walk. We took a boat from Gersau to Flüelen and back. The boat had various stops along the way on both sides of the lake. It was great to see the scenery from a different perspective and very relaxing. The lake is very popular for water sports and in the extras there is a shot of a couple of foil boarders who easily kept pace with the ferry boat. Out boat was one of a number of paddle driven boats on the lake, the blip is one of the sister ships we passed. A couple of extras to give a flavour of the trip.

In the evening we met up with our friends who live over here in Switzerland for a pizza and catch up, a lovely evening.
