Key lime pie

Finally had a go at this recipe which I have always been slightly dubious about because it uses 6 limes and that has to be sour doesn't it?
Anyway I saw this version which looked easy - it only uses egg yolk, condensed milk and lime juice - and it was delightful !
I made a few meringues to garnish it using the spare egg whites and I think that will definitely go in the repertoire .
