Traditional Midsummer Family Lunch

We always have a one page songbook with new songs every year and we use it together with the Swedish "snaps". This year a non alcoholic based on ginger.

In the middle and front of the first table there is a strange combo in yellow.  It's a word riddle and it probably only works in Swedish.  Any guess?
