Restaurant with a view

Today was hubby T's birthday so we went to a favourite restaurant for lunch. We had a delicious meal on a lovely sunny day. We were having dessert when our estate agent phoned to say she had a client wanting to see the house. So, no time for coffee, we went home where I could quickly open up hubby's studio which is what he wanted to see. He sounded keen, but we'll wait and see. 
T had so many calls today, and the calls from the four kids took up much time.
