Honey honey

Deborah and I went to help Lynne ‘harvest’ the very first lot of honey from her beehive this morning. Very exciting, no bee suit needed just learning the process of uncapping the honey frames, spinning the honey out and eventually into jars. The process was very sticky!

Here is the first pot - but there was loads more. Deborah and I have been helping but Adrian, Lynne’s husband has been the power house of support behind her. Congratulations both on successfully extracting your first delicious batch.
